HR Masterminds

We facilitate HR Mastermind groups running for a maximum of 3 times in a month. Whether you’re new in the profession, in transition or experienced we provide a platform to tackle common HR challenges through the master mind groups. You benefit from diversity of tools, expertise and perspectives from various professionals, you get to share practical cases, build strong networks and have an opportunity to practice what you learn in your organisation. The sessions provide an opportunity to deep dive into a key topic exhaustively and learn from peers.

  1. Technical competencies (People strategy formulation, Talent development & succession Planning, Culture & Change management, performance management, reward management, employee & labour relations, HR technology integration, learning & development, coaching & mentoring).
  2. Interpersonal Competencies (Communication, Relationship management, Global & Cultural effectiveness).
  3. Leadership & Business Competencies (Business acumen, consultation, leadership, ethical practice)

The content is shared through a combination of methods including lectures, self-study, group presentations and group discussions. Use of case studies, roles plays and practical exercises are incorporated in the learning for deeper understanding. Participants have an opportunity to share their personal experiences and provide specific, immediate and constructive feedback. A complete HR mastermind has 3 sessions held weekly with each taking a maximum of 3 hours per session. We take a maximum of 20 participants per class for effective learning.
